Subject : “Elegibility of Costs and Securing full payment of European Grants”

During a 1 hour presentation, given by Luc Vanheule of Deloitte, several themes such as staff costs, hourly rates, overheads, administrative charges, eligibility period… and other key topics will be addressed, in order to provide the FAIB with members useful information on the eligibility rules when declaring costs in the framework of different types of European Grants. Rules, best practices and preferred options will be explained in order to optimize and maximize the costs declared while making up a cost statement / financial statement, which will result in maximizing the grants awarded by the European Commission so that no or a minimum of funds have to be refunded in case of an ex post audit performed by the European Commission or other public bodies.
