2017 : Benchmark salaries and remuneration for INPA
At the request of our members and board, we are updating our 2011 salary benchmark.
The
present survey enlarges the scope of our former salary benchmark and
aims at gathering information concerning the remuneration and benefits
package applied by (international) non-profit associations to their
association’s staff, irrespective of their seniority level. The results
of the survey will allow associations to have a more accurate idea about
the average remuneration package of association staff and give some
useful guidelines in that respect. The more of you who participate the more accurate the results.
In order to ensure a high number of respondents the survey has been designed and tested to take under 10 minutes - depending on the size of your organisation and your knowledge of the remuneration of those working for your organisation.
Responses are Anonymous. At no point will you be required to identify your organisation, nor will we track or record your IP address.
Furthermore the FAIB has asked the law firm DKW (Dear, Krzewinski & Willez) to oversee the collection and processing of data. It goes without saying that all information will be held strictly confidential
by the FAIB and DKW - irrespective of whether or not your association
is a client of DKW. This information cannot be used for other purposes
than this survey. Participation to this survey is totally free and on a
voluntary basis.
Any
(international) association participating to the survey that is not a
member of the FAIB can also receive the results by providing an email
address when filling in the questionnaire.
Please note that the
present survey is to be considered as a processing of personal data in
the meaning of the Act of 8 December 1992 as subsequently amended. The
controller of such processing is the FAIB. A notification has been made
to the Belgian Data Privacy Commission. You have the right to have
access to your data and, where necessary, to correct these. If you are
not the concerned data subject, you should ensure having obtained
his/her consent to the communication/disclosure of his/her personal data
and informed him/her of his/her rights).
A full copy of the survey questions is also available on this website and/or from faib@faib.org.
We thank you for your contribution and stand at disposal for further clarification you may require.
